Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Bess The Butterfly

Happy Thursday. Today I have a sweet Butterfly girl for you. She is from Stamping Bella’s Tiny Townie collection called Bess The Butterfly. I paired her with a Lawn Fawn Scripty hello die and some rhinestones.

These wings were a challenge. It is not easy to fill in all that black and make it look neat. I also wanted a way to show the edge of the wing. I got that cool grey edge by adding white colored pencil all around the edge.

I cut the word twice and glued them together. You know me, I love dimension. I feel like the word has a bit more beef to it doubled up. I also added a rhinestone to the beginning and end.

Adding a tiny bit of shading underneath her, gives her some ground. That way it does not look like she is just floating on the paper.
